Art of the Rough Diamonds

This store is the site to introduce the artworks of excellent artists with intellectual and mental disabilities , which is run by NPO Art of the Rough Diamonds. Our main purpose is introduce the artists by focusing on not their disability but their creativity. We hope that we create equal opportunities for them as artists. We also expect that we give them opportunities to be proud of themselves and to make profit for them. And we support intellectual and mental disabilities artists create art market for them. Since we are a non-profit organization, we will strictly use all of the purchased work for payment to the writer or a welfare institution belonging to the writer and NPO activities. このストアは、NPOアート・オブ・ザ・ラフダイヤモンズが運営する、知的障がいや精神疾患のある優れた作家さんの作品をご紹介するためのサイトです。私たちは、美術的才能を持つ知的障害あるいは精神疾患を持った作家（mental disabled）の自立と作品評価を高める支援する事業を行うことを通じて、彼らの福祉の向上に寄与することを目的として活動しています。なお私たちは特定非営利活動法人ですので、ご購入頂いた作品の代金は厳密にすべて、作家ないしは作家所属団体への支払いとNPOの活動費用として使わせて頂くこととなります。
